JD:
End to End Recruitment for Entry Level candidates.
Mass Hiring / Bulk Hiring / Volume Hiring for banking& life insurances .
Sourcing relevant candidates through Job portals, , Social Media, Employee referrals.
Cold Calling & Telephonic interviews.
Screening/Sourcing the 1st Round and then coordinating with Ops/Client fix the interviews.
Maintain MIS
Day to Day activities assigned by Management
Immediate Joiners preferred.
