How are you doing We hope for you with good health and happiness.We have an urgent opening in an esteemed Organisation for the position of Business Development Manager at JASOLA, South Delhi Location.

Job Location :South Delhi 

Salary :6 Lac to 7 Lac P.A

Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree in B. Pharma or certification of D. Pharma

Job Description (JD):

The candidate has worked in a pharmaceutical based company

Meet or exceed goals for assigned accounts, territory or area.

Focus on growth of existing business and new customer sales by working to meet business goals set by management.

Build upon and maintain Mar ken's existing customer base through strong customer service, frequent client interaction and technical expertise

Lead and provide business support to client specific team(s) of Project Managers and Project Coordinators to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction and accuracy of all jobs pertaining to clients accounts assigned.

Lead, develop and provide innovative services and technical solutions to clients

Manage quote requests and client special requests

Monitor and communicate client pipelines to senior management, providing timely reports on activities, expenses, operations and forecast data for assessment of progress on meeting objectives

Facilitate, track and communicate job win / loss ratios & pursuit metrics for all assigned accounts by using Mar-ken internal systems

Identify and recommend solutions to address client loss scenarios

Conduct market research/ trend analysis reporting for all assigned and prospective accounts

Share market information (trends, competitor information, etc.) with Marketing and Senior Management

Assist in managing audits & site visits and addressing complaints with QA / CAPA

Attend trade shows / exhibitions, workshops and seminars

Arrange client visits, dinners, outings and quarterly Meetings

Demonstrate and client contracts, CDAs, MSAs and Technical Agreements

Requirements:

3-8 years sales or marketing experience( Manager) within the Pharmaceutical Industry

High Level of business acumen in both administration and business strategies

Demonstrated ability to network, prospect, persuade and develop rapport leading to successful deal closure

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills surrounding clients

Strong organisational and time management skills

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and exercises good judgment and appropriate discretion when reaching conclusions.

Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Systems (Salesforce)

Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Working Days :6 days job
