Job Description

Selected Candidates should be able to :

  • Analyzing customer service department's operations and providing recommendations on ways to improve productivity and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Working directly with customers helping to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer dissatisfaction.
  • Assisting technical staffs and leads for installing and maintaining security systems like CCTV camera, fire / burglary systems etc.
  • Coordinating by making and receiving calls and logging tickets in CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Should have experience in Managing or handling Any of the CRM tools (Example Sales force or Microsoft Dynamics or any tool where interactions can be captured and Cases can be closed)
