Job Description
5G would be a good to have skill, however LTE knowledge is mandatory.
- Experience of LTE, LTE-Advanced, NB-IoT, 5G NR Wireless communication protocols
- Good understanding of RRC Layers, Call flows, C-Plane, U-Plane concepts
- Knowledge of 3GPP LTE Specifications 36.331, 36.521-1, 36.101 etc. and 38 series specifications.
- Extensive experience with log analysis, debugging.
- Experience working with real hardware systems in the lab, preferable R&S, Anritsu, Keysight.
- At least 5 years industrial experience in above profile.
- Good communication skill to work with the local R&D teams in Delhi and Munich, Germany
Job Responsibilities
Tasks:
- Providing customer support to our Protocol / conformance customers in the field of LTE and 5G NR products.
- Handling customer tickets/issues for R&S CMW500 platform test cases
- Log Analysis, Debugging of issues, protocol logs in LTE, LTE Advanced, NB-IoT, 5G NR
- Discussions with customers, resolving their issues (L1, L2)
- Co-ordination with development, Integration team for product support and releases.
- Integration in the lab on R&S systems.
