Acquisition of CASA & liabilities a/c from cold calling, market reference, cross sell and selling of third party products (life & health insurance, Mutual funds SIPs
Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities within a branch in order to grow the Liabilities business and achievement of sales targets.
Ensure Liability acquisition targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base.
Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels campaigns (in the vicinity), branch walk ins, referrals from existing customers , through industry bodies and associations and through running industry
Achieving over all numbers and value targets as per scorecard.
Ensuring timely opening of accounts and giving smooth on boarding experience to NTB customers
Understanding of KYC, AML guidelines and complying with Bank policies and guidelines for the role
Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better address those needs. Monitor and assess activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients.
Responsible for customer complains & need to be resolved in the specific TAT & Ensure quality customer service is delivered
Responsible for ensuring a superior customer experience while on boarding accounts at the branch as well as smooth and efficient transactions for all customers.
Effective follow up and taking regular reviews of team members to ensure meeting of business goals
Maintain highest standards of post sales contacts and service to key customers
Ensure ethical practices in acquisition and servicing
Provide product improvement feedback to Branch Manager/Product Manager
Candidate should bea Graduate with 1 5 years of Experience
He/ She should be 30 and below years of age.
He /She should have relieving /experience proof of previous employment
His /Her tenure with an organization should be at least 8 months.
