Job description:
Role background:
Mandatory credentials
Primary Skills
- Programming experience in Apache Spark using Python/Scala & ELK Stack.
- Experience in working with TSDB's/RDBMS HDFS, Elastic Search, Graphite, MySql etc
- Hands-on experience with Kafka - Broker, Streaming.
- Thorough understanding of ETL -with Streaming & Batch processing (Real-time & Non-Realtime)
- Strong experience with source control systems such as Git, Bitbucket , Jenkins & Docker
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal formal and informal) & problem solving abilities.
- Experienced in Agile Methodology of Development.
Secondary Skills
- Data Visualization in Grafana & Kibana
- Experience in Scheduler like Airflow, Chronos, Marathon
Educational credentials:
- Bachelors or Masters in an Engineering stream is required
- Cloud-specific certifications and/or credentials in project management are required
- Relevant certifications and/or credentials in telecommunications, virtualization, big data analytics, data science, machine learning or artificial intelligence are viewed favorably
