Job Description
Job Title:Automotive Test Lead
Overview:
As an integral member of the niche technical community at Pathpartner, you get to work with the Automotive vertical team. Team has vast experience in executing and delivering RADAR, LiDAR and Vision based ADAS systems. Team has also worked on delivering successfully automotive algorithms developed to the customers.
Role @ PathPartner:
- As a Test Lead, you will work with automotive vertical to create test strategy, support in design and review process of test cases and the automation frameworks.
Perform testing and test development as per specific project requirements.
Identify and suggest the tools and automation methods for different automotive systems.- Ensuring good quality test code, code coverage, requirement traceability and metrics supporting them for ASIL code.
- Addressing challenges if any with the test environment and requirements.
- Ensure all deliverable undergo proper review process.
- Compliance for AUTOSAR and Automotive standards viz. ISO26262, SOTIF
- Mentoring and supporting team members on testing and domain specific skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with a cross-functional and geographically diverse team is expected.Your Responsibilities:* Good understanding on ADAS subsystems and features including Radar, LiDAR, camera and Sensor working behaviour.
- Ensure entire Test life cycle for the project is ensured including unit testing, system testing and integration testing for ADAS systems.
- Collaborate with team members to design test cases for Functional and Non-functional Requirements on ASIL D and develop automation
- Targeting compliancy to functional safety standards and AUTOSAR compliancy.* Identify the unit test framework/tools, implement and execute testcases.
- System integration testcases for ADAS systems.
- Ensure requirement traceability and code coverage.
- Functional safety against ASIL rated code.
- Perform testing Module Testing/SIL/PIL/HIL based on the project requirements.
- Setup jobs using Jenkins and GIT for continuous integration
- Work in a sprint working model and improve the overall system understanding in the team.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to
maximize testing efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Good hands on experience in C, C++, Python and/or CAPL.
- Scripting knowledge in python
- Good knowledge of CAN, UDS.
- Hands on with Tools viz. VectorCAST /CANTATA for Unit testing.
- Good understanding of AUTOSAR architecture and the AUTOSAR based model development.
- Aware of MISRA guidelines, Functional Safety ISO26262 and SOTIF.
- Experience in testing Automotive RTOS systems.
- Implement and evaluate code coverage.
- Experience with Test Planning and Test Case Development.* Experience in ADAS automotive systems- Vision, RADAR and/or LiDAR .
- Experience working in ASPICE Level 3 environment.
- Experience in field testing for Automotive application use cases.
- Hands on with configuration management tools like SVN, GIT and requirement management tools like DOORS, ALM tool.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in contribute as a good team player.
- A sharp knack and proactive urge to identify issues.
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies related to Imaging, Computer Vision, Radar and LiDAR sensor processing.* Strong analytical understanding, root cause analysis, logical and reasoning skills.
- Proactive customer communication for requirement understanding, analysis and testing.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with wide variety of SoCs like Broadcom, TI, Qualcomm etc.
- Prior experience in working with data analytic algorithms for Automotive sensors like Camera, Radar and LiDAR etc.* Test case management and metric generation for multiple projects across the domain.Mentoring team members on testing and domain specific skills.
