Job Description
JD for Test Lead/Test Manager
At least 10 years experience as Test Manager Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business/project goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop full-scale test strategies and plans for functional and Automation testing
Ability to understand project scope, initiate and drive Automation piece of work
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner
Estimate the effort and Budget required based on the scope and change in demand.
Good Experience in customer/stakeholder and project management.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
Plan and schedule project timelines, milestones and deliverables with mitigation plans as necessary
Prepare and update progress reports, metrics dashboards using ALM/VSTS on regular basis
Well versed with Test and QA process, Knowledge on Testing methodologies and relevant tools
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Creative and proactive thinker capable of using latest technologies to provide extensible automation infrastructures;
Problem solver capable of thinking out of the box and constantly challenging the norms to find better solutions
Strong presenter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and articulate Document, Implement, Monitor, and Enforce all Processes for Testing as per Standards Defined by the Organization.
Good experience in Team management, Communication Skills, interpersonal skills, Risk mitigations and Planning
Working experience with Automation, Defect Management and Test Management Tools
Qualification Skills: Experienced in driving QA in Agile Software Development Life Cycle and Methodologies
Experienced in Test Management tools ALM and VSTS and reporting Automation experience (Selenium, UFT) is preferred
