Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure monitoring of progress against all projects is timely and accurate and enables stakeholders have visibility and sufficient information to make the required decisions.
Lead / Support development of overall project plan to ensure all stakeholders and team members are in agreement.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project budget.
Monitors and controls project work Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, such as Earned Value Analysis (EVA), in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.
Conducts kick-off meeting Conducts a kick-off meeting with all key stakeholders in order to announce the start of the project and review the overall project plan and gain consensus.
Pro actively identifies risks and issues on projects - Leads team to develop risk management and issues management plans to select and implement the most appropriate solution.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a experienced candidate with 12 to 18 years of working experience in large engineering firms with at least 8 yrs in the Real Estate.
Qualifications and Skills
* Master's/ Bachelor in Engineering ( Civil/Mechanical) with 12 to 18 years of experience in Real Estate sector
* Exposure in managing large teams with sound understanding of engineering practices is essential. Candidates with deep understanding and experience of leading the engineering team for a large gated communities/ multi towers will be preferred.

2. Highly skilled in using ERP modules on Planning/ Purchase/ materials/ Planning.
3. Experience handling large teams in Real estate sector
4. Analytical with high level of organizational skills
