Techno-Functional Project Manager, Awareness of JIRA Rally, AWS s Cloud, AWS LAMBDA functions, SoA REST JSON, ETL, JQUERY, NODE JS, HTML 5.

Job Responsibilities:

o Knowledge of Agile Methodologies such as Extreme Programming (XP) & Scrum

o Responsible for complete end to end project management for the assigned project(s) which includes project planning, delivery, client interaction, trouble shooting and tracking utilization for the team.

o Responsible to drive the application of product management principles, theories and concepts and determines the best course of action for project execution

o Coordinate with support functions for resource requisition and ensure effective deployment of resources across teams.

o Interact with the Customer and building relationship with them driving up CSAT levels

o Interact with the onsite team and the client to resolve project issues on a regular basis

o Track, analyze and report on project metrics

o Co-ordinate, implementmonitor the Process Improvement activities in the Project

o Enforce the adherence to SW engineering and quality practices including Knowledge Management

o People Management- Train and develop the team, mentor them and manage their career planning, ensure that they are satisfied and motivate them to boost their morale and employee productivity.

o Effective Handling of Change Management.

o Can help to other stakeholders for Project Finance Control & Payment Invoicing Support.

Technical Competencies:

o Participate in Technical discussions & respective draft effectiveness.

o Knowledge of Web Technologies, Cloud Technologies & their support Strategy.

o Hands-on project execution knowledge of API REST JSON Node JS Angular JS HTML5 technology components.

o Generic Idea of UI development, User & Hierarchy Management, Role based Dashboard in Multitenant environment etc.

o Awareness of client side scripting libraries using Javascript JQuery.

o Awareness of MSSQL Postgress Red-shift database.

o Awareness of Data Standardization for respective ETL automation.

o Awareness around Test effectiveness, Test Planning, Related Tools, Usage etc.

o JIRARally Knowledge for Ticket Management.

Key Accountabilities:

Technical Project Manager Draft product requirements, Agile epics and stories, with prioritized features and specifications.
Partner with vendor project teams to ensure a manageable scope that can be delivered on-time, on-budget, on-quality.
Partner with the Business Product Manager(s) to develop a vision, strategy and feature backlog for digital product(s).
Develop a shared vision for product(s) through investigation of market demands, user feedback, and competitive analysis. In partnership with the product team, gather and priorities product and customer requirements, and ensure they align with technical delivery approach
Ensure vendor delivery on requirements, quality and schedule through management of business acceptance testing
Ensure effective trade-offs are made to ensure delivery of high-value product given schedule, scope and resource constraints
Ensure productive working relationships between vendor(s) and product teams Ability to take tough decisions for the benefit of the projectproduct, and defend them to all stakeholders 3-5 years of experience in leading Agile-based, digital product development teams; an Agile certification preferred.
Demonstrated success defining and launching complex products Demonstrated ability to lead user driven design processes with a strong focus on user experience.
Proven success at influencing and collaborating across teams of technologists and business and teams Strong writing, oral presentation and project management skills.
