Job Description
Serves as a primary point of contact and source of accountability for validation and all SVT-related project deliverables, activities and timelines. Ensures that deliverables are completed on time and in adherence with SOP s.
Accountable for SDLC process and artifacts , release quality, audits, SCO alignments, RCA, release artifacts, planning informal and formal System testing for releases, align with stakeholders on release or testing dependencies
Have knowledge on Automation testing like Jmeter, SOAP Sonar
Accurately estimates the magnitude and time requirements to complete for projects. Provides accurate and timely updates to Project manager on progress. Highlights risks/issues at the early stages
+C43Carry out procedures to ensure that product and services meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements.
Coordinate, or as necessary, design, write and execute tests to prove systems functionality, verify business and user requirements are met and that systems will operate as expected in the production environment.
Performs/Ensures all the reviews are completed as per IQVIA process like Test Plan, Test Cases, Testing strategy, Test execution etc.
Leverages automated testing tools for test planning and management, test case authoring, test case execution and issue/defect tracking.
Lead a group to ensure they thoroughly tests software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects prior to implementation while documenting and working to resolve all problems.
Generate quantitative measurements and techniques for measuring software quality.
Establish software test standards and methods and conducts complex software tests.
Responsible for managing Validation and testing teams
8+ years QA leadership role with experience il leading a testing team
Experience with working in SAAS environment
Comfortable working in AGILE and Waterfall design environments
Knoweldge of engineering tools JIRA, Selenium,
