Job Description
Responsibilities:- Candidate should have relevant experience of 5 to 10 years with 1 year of SAP CRM experience
- To be part of the Application support team and contribute to solution design as Logistic solution and should know all processes in Sales and distribution
- CRM knowledge is expected upto customer service and Issue management
- Have worked on support of S4 applications for Global customers.
- Have experienced customer facing functional consultant and have experience in solving business problems
- Analysis of business requirements and identify gaps in current and to-be solution
- Design and implementation of full solutions ( Including testing and UAT Support and User training)
- Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues
- Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required
- Establish good relationships with internal and external teams
- Outcome oriented - maximizing balance of effort vs benefit to achieve objectives
- Precise approach to project management and procedures
- Understands delivery within a fixed price model and able to operate effectively within those constraints
- Identifies and escalates issues and risks within project structure
- Receive feedback/coaching on performance from other members of the team positively.
- Detailed knowledge of business requirements and solutions in their focus area
- Contribute input and coordination to training documentation for his /her work
Requirements:
- SAP SD Senior should have at least 5 years of SAP experience SD
- Should have good knowledge of SAP SD core process of Order to cash and integration with core SAP modules
- Should have experience to manage SAP CRM processes to an extent of Customer service and issue management
- Should have experience in design, configuration and testing of core SD modules e.g.
- o SAP SD-MD - Master Data
- o SAP SD-CAS - Sales Support
- o SAP SD-SLS - Sales
- o SAP SD-SHP - Shipping
- o SAP SD-TR - Transportation
- o SAP SD-BIL - Billing
- o SAP SD-GF General Sales Functions
- o SAP CRM
- Should have experience in troubleshooting, investigates, analyses and solved SD related issues
- Experience of working in support project with onsite offshore model
- Good communication skill. Ready to work in shifts
- Knowledge / Working experience in Design, configuration and testing of
- o SAP SD-EDI - Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
- o SAP LE - Logistic Execution
- o SAP ATP- available to promise
- SAP SD Certification- good to have
- Knowledge of ITIL Framework and support Processes (Incident, Change, Problem)
- Knowledge of working with any standard Ticketing tool.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and Client teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Can conceptualize and communicate Business relevant solutions
- Bright, ability to rapidly pick-up new technologies, propositions and business areas
- Able to receive feedback/coaching on performance from other members of the team positively
- Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours and travel globally on occasion
- Ability to work under own initiative and under tight time pressures - planning, prioritizing and controlling own workload
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Candidate must ensure that compliance with data protection legislation under the DPA, EU GDPR, any other applicable data protection legislation
- Excellent analytical skills and problem solving/investigation approach
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
- The candidate should be a self-starting problem solver with an ability to understand business challenges and address them through innovative software engineering practices
- Multi-tasking ability to work across projects, clients, and geographies
