Roles and Job responsibilities: We're looking for a high-performing and efficient customer service & admin representative to help us meet our customer acquisition and growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Closely collaborating and working with the Founder in a high paced start-up environment, you will be responsible for crafting customer service plans and executing the same. The scope of work defined highlights the broad range of responsibility we would like you to take. We are keen on finding someone who is self-motivated, hardworking, and entrepreneurial. - Multi-tasking customer service associate to generate new orders, identify customer needs, engage in feedback, create unique customer experiences write small notes, make every customer feel special. -Manage customer replacements, feedback, refunds with the accounts team - Must be able to anticipate and understand the needs of the customer and act accordingly - Coordinate with the Operations Team to assist the customer in the best way possible - Communicate effectively and politely to the customers in an efficient manner. - Intermediate skills in MS Office - Ability to take on multiple roles as per business requirements - Assisting the Marketing Team and providing apt data and ideas to increase sales from marketing efforts
