You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Employee File Management.
Prepare HR documents and correspondence.
Create and update company policies and procedures on a needs basis.
Create training that reflects operating procedures within the workplace.
Recruitment Under direction, prepare advertisements, filter candidates, set up interviews and responses.
Monitor and track completion of training for all staff.
Work to ensure employee entitlements and benefits are compliant with Awards, FairWork Act, NES and employment agreements.
Provide administrative and personal assistant support with respect to schedule coordination, day-to-day operations, and office management.
Maintain various registers including preparing and completing legal, regulatory and compliance documents as required by the business.
Oversee site inductions for staff.
Registration and compliance for works conducted offsite.
General office administration duties.
Other projects as requested
