Job Description
Sales Manager (B2B & Government Sales) - For one of the most reputed industries into Road Construction Materials with Pan India presence.
Would be based at Begusarai (Bihar) and would be reporting the Management at Corporate Office.
Should be Graduate/PG with 6-9 years experience in Government Sales/Institutional sales preferably in Road Construction Material industries.
Should have handled Sales Team at Team Leader position;
Should be able to support, guide and manage the Sales Teams;
Should have thorough knowledge of local market of Bihar State.
Should have handled Government Sales in Bihar State (PWD etc).
Should have handled B2B Sales in Bihar (Road / Highway Construction companies)
Would be responsible for Sales & Marketing of the Materials (Bitumens, Mixes and Emulsions etc) that are used in Highways / Road Construction.
Would be Handling, managing, leading and supporting the Sales Team working in Uttrakhand.
This positions requires travelling throughout the Sate of Bihar for managing the Sales & Marketing activities.
Excellent CRM (Customer Relations Management) with the existing clients (majorly government sector) and retaining the Customer base.
Should generate maximum sales through referrals;
Maximum revenue generation by increasing the market share in the region.
