Greetings From Adeeba E Services Pvt LtdUrgent Requirement Of Inbound Callers For Tech SupportJob Profile:Taking inbound calls with printer , router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.Candidate Profile:Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months- 1 yearMust know how to close their own calls.Must have good convincing and sales skills.Salary:Rs.10 , 000- 20000/ month(fixed) Huge IncentivesShift : 8:30 pm- 6:30 amBenefits and facilities:Fixed Salary on 1st of every month In Salary Account Huge Incentives.24 leaves in a year comp offs b'day leaves
