Roles and Responsibilities
Adhere to service level agreement / benchmark.
Production planning and control, process monitoring, assignment and review of workload, analysis of SLA parameters viz. team performance and planning continuous improvement in performance, process optimization, adherence to reporting schedules and maintaining all necessary process documentation.
Constant monitoring Team performance. Evaluation and feedback to team.
To follow the norms required to maintain Quality standards.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports for the purpose of internal and external use.
Identify training needs for team members to acquire / enhance the required skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Ability to get out of the box ideas and Process improvement initiatives in the process.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
People Management skills.
Process Oriented, Planning, Decision making, Data Handling, Ability to prioritize, Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in US RCM as Assistant Manager Billing.
Should have excellent knowledge of Medical Billing process
