Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Min 2 experience of working as quality analyst.
Perform quality check of leads and calls.
Passing on leads which are matching with client expectations.
Maintaining the quality of leads by following the parameters laid down.
Should be skilled in Call monitoring, Data management & Quality monitoring.
Advance knowledge of excel.
Good computer skills.
Proficiency in preparing reports using MS-excel formulas.
Sound listening and analytical skills.
Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment.
