Senior QA Test Engineer/Lead @ Varite

Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

• Documenting test cases- documenting test cases into prescribed formats partnering with Mylan Business Team and Vendor Team for clarifications, updating docs based on review and feedback
• Execution of test cases - Executing in the tenant using the test cases, documenting pass fail rate into Microfocus ALM or similar tools/means, opening defects, partnering with Mylan/Vendor team in resolution of issues. Attending triage calls, status meetings etc
• Follow the Mylan testing processes and quality procedures throughout the project.

Experience/Skills:

• Experience as a Senior QA Test Engineer/Lead in the Workday platform; specifically, with Recruiting.
• Strong HR domain knowledge.
• Ability to create test plan and test cases for testing of the Workday Recruiting Application.
• Should have worked with test management tools - like ALM (application lifecycle management) or other equivalent test management tools
• Good documenting/scripting knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously
• Must be flexible, independent and self motivated
• Punctual, Regular and consistent attendance
• Optional Skills Automation Testing tools like Selenium (or) QTP (Quick Test Professional) or TOSCA, Database like SQL/ORACLE

Education/Experience:

BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc/MCA degree in IT/CSE/ECE with 8 to 10 years of relevant IT-Testing experience
