Job brief
We are looking for a person who can ensure that operations and business transaction is in compliance with all statuary requirements (state as well as central).
Responsibilities:
Statutory Compliance
1. Ensure Statutory Compliance through coordination with different business units - internal as well as external.
Liasoning with required statutory authorities
Responding to various Notices from Authorities ensuring closure on the gaps
Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
2. Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk.
3. Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance.
4. Advise management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
Skills and Knowledge
(1) Practical and working knowledge of Labour Laws pertaining to Long Term Staffing (contracting).
(2) Good knowledge of MS Excel and Reporting Tools.
(3) Should have handled Statutory compliance in previous organization including Liasoning.
