Managing more than one projects and work with team leads to scope complex projects Perform project reviews on a consistent basis to ensure project delivery is on time and on budget.
Manage and be fully responsible for the resources and personnel management aspects of the Product Development team Liaise closely with the business teams client, including taking briefs and providing status reports Work closely with the in- house and offshore project teams ensuring work produced meets the clients brief and is delivered on time.
Provide data and information required by the business by attending internal meetings and completing internal systems e.g. timesheets. Following best project management practices alongside SDLC processes, using Agile traditional methodologies. Drive project deliveries as per the agreed scope, time and budget while ensuring the highest degree of quality and client satisfaction.
Monitoring project results against technical specifications to ensure the required results are met as per specifications. Monitor SDLC, including requirement/s gathering, analysis and design, development testing.
Review individual and team job reports on a weekly basis and proactively raise any issues, such as cost variations, with management. Responsible for the construction, presentation, and signoffs of key deliverables such as, Project Plans, Project Schedule, Project Status Review and Risk registers. Facilitating planning sessions at various stages of the project lifecycle.
Working with a mixed bag of software engineers / developers / Testers / technical Writers with varying experiences to meet timely delivery in a dynamic business environment. Manage relationship between FCI development team/s and client (Domestic/International) for multiple projects. Works with production teams to create appropriate production schedules.
Profile : Must have good experience including managing web development and integration projects using Java Must have experience working with and training others on Atlassian tools (Confluence and JIRA) and other Project Management and Collaboration tools (MS Project MS Office suite)
Must have experience with end-to-end project delivery lifecycle and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) estimation technique and estimation technique.
Hands on experience in development delivery of large scale Technical and IT operations engagement(s) Strong experience in Delivery with distributed teams, define and implement delivery processes, handle mix of project types and technologies
Ability to build high performing teams, mentoring team members, building a strong second line
Excellent customer interfacing skills and proven ability to interact with Senior leadership team from IT and Business in the customer organization
Able to deal with diverse set of stakeholders and tune abstraction levels to be able to communicate effectively from a campus mind level to client program sponsor
Experience : 10+ Years of experience of which 4+ years of experience in a Technical Project Manager role in a mid-sized software development company
