About Us:
By combining our deep domain expertise with cutting-edge technology, Full Potential Solutions (FPS) is a US-based product company that helps contact centers around the world better engage with their customers. We are building cloud-based analytics products to enhance the end-to-end customer journey via omnichannel engagement (voice, email, SMS, chat) and optimize agent performance.
Here are some of the exciting initiatives we are working on:
- Developing a data/metrics platform to integrate and track millions of daily customer interactions/metrics across all our clients
- Building web/mobile apps to improve agent/manager performance across thousands of agents (metrics, gamification, collaboration)
- Developing standardized AI/ML models to optimize customer engagement and agent performance across all our customers using various Python frameworks and AWS services (Transcribe, Comprehend, Sagemaker, etc.)
- Deploying cutting-edge, tech-enablement services on top of the AWS ecosystem, including microservices and serverless architecture, CI/CD pipelines, event notification services, search services, multi-tenant architecture and lots more.
Our team has successfully built and scaled analytics-focused products at companies such as Salesforce, Demandware, and IBM). We have strong backgrounds in computer science, math and engineering from top universities such as IIT, Harvard and Yale. We strongly believe that empowered people are the key to building a great company, and our development process focuses on iteratively improving our products as well as ourselves as individuals and as a team.
About You:
We are looking for an entrepreneurial front end architect who can lead and deliver on a front end solution for our new data analytics platform. We are looking for someone who has built and scaled analytics products through lean and agile methods. Strong instincts, great design skills and ability to collaborate with teammates are critical.
You will:
- Build cutting-edge web and mobile applications that help our customers transform their raw data into actionable intelligence
- Lead the client-side design, architecture and implementation of these applications using modern frameworks such as React and/or Angular
- Work closely with the product management, design and the rest of the front-end team to implement word-class user interfaces and experiences
- Work closely with our Chief Architect and back-end team to develop an optimal architecture for the API integration points
- Develop high-quality, production ready code with optimal CI/CD pipelines on AWS for rapid iteration of the application
- Build scalable and performant front-end applications that can scale to hundreds of thousands of users pulling large amounts of data from the back-end
- Continuously collaborate and drive to consensus on design decisions with the rest of the product and engineering team
- Adopt and refine solid design principles and coding patterns
- Participate in architectural initiatives, balancing long-term platform velocity with short-term customer needs
- Participate actively and constructively in agile team meetings and peer code reviews
- Learn and apply new technologies continuously
- Take ownership from design to delivery as a senior member of the team
- Lead and mentor the rest of the front-end team on best practices and architecture
- Have a lot of fun, it's unavoidable
- Work directly with and learn from the business, product and engineering leaders across the organization

Your experience and skills
- Advise teams on front-end strategy, framework selection, emerging technology
- Lead a team of front-end developers in the successful execution of a client engagement
- Contribute to the development of our internal tools and reusable architecture
- Be a change agent. Help move our design, development, and delivery processes into the next generation
- Develop front-end code based on wire frames, visual designs, and UX specifications
- Use front-end frameworks such as: React, Angular, Ember, Vue, etc
- Integrate with REST APIs or other back-end frameworks
- Accurately estimate upcoming work and deliver reliably
- Be a mentor to junior developers
- Experience working in scrum/agile development environment
- More than 8 years of experience as a senior front-end developer
- Expertise on front-end MVC frameworks, especially React
- Experience building and scale a web or mobile application product to tens of thousands of users
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
- A strong adherent to software engineering best practices which enable building world class products, including unit testing, modular code, right abstractions, continuous integration mindset, etc
- Strong service ownership mindset
