The Role
Your main tasks includes the overall team management, resource planning, project reviews executed by the team, competence development of the team, monitoring deliveries, communication with various CC and GECIA competence teams. Develop and coach the team to take more challenges to support the global Customer centres worldwide to get their projects executed through GECIA as Single Point of Contacts.
You will support to ensure that the following activities in the Customer Centre Project Team are executed properly with on time delivery and the First time right approach.
