Roles and Responsibilities
1. To identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
2. To build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handlings objections/cancellations thus ensuring a high level of customer service is always met.
3. To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.
4. A clear understanding of tourism business strategies.
5. Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
5. Represent our Resort in various events and exhibitions.
6. Implements all sales action plans related to market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
7. Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
8. Professionally represent the brand in all communications with customers.
Desired Profile:
Minimum 2 Years of Sales experience in the Tourism industry
Any Graduate in Any Specialization
Highly energetic & team player with fragility to work
Good communication / convincing skills
Strong knowledge & preferable experience in B2B sales is desired
Well Networked with the Hotel & Resort Industry
Must have the ability to multitask and be detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 12,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
