Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

End to end recruitment for our FMCG business.

Search and source profiles from job portals and other sources.

This is a core recruitment role.

Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.

PAN India basis hiring.

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

To conduct telephonic/face to interview rounds and take process further for shortlisted candidates.

Salary negotiation & releasing offer letters & follow - up with offered candidates until joining..

Job location is Jahangirpuri ( Delhi)
