Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage End to End Sales & Marketing for Residential, Commercial projects across PAN India.
- Design, Develop & execute Sales & Marketing Strategy.
- Lead Generation & Sales Conversion.
- Follow-ups with the prospective clients
- Effective utilization of resource and optimization of Back End Resource of Lead Generation towards closures.
- Initiating Sales Promotion Activities, Participating in campaigns & events to showcase product.
- Meeting Clients, Briefing them on Project Details, Price, Site Visits and reviews.
- Good understanding of Branding, Promotions, Online Marketing & Portals of Property.
- Collecting market information about competitors and latest happenings.
- High Energy, go getter and a proactive personality.
- Excellent skills for Channel Sales and Channel Development.
- Shall possess Excellent Communication Skill in Hindi and English and Good presentation skills.
- Selected Resources will undergo Extensive Training.
- To monitor sales team performance on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.
Key Essentials:
Candidate must be having:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi language both.
- Freshers with good convincing ability and confidence level can also apply.
- Must be from Real estate background only.
- Multi - tasking and should have learning attitude.
