Full Stack Capabilities: [ UI , DEV, TESTING & Dev Ops ]
- Strong knowledge of .NET web framework
- Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of their ecosystems
- Expert in OOAD (Object Oriented Architecture & Design)
- Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
- Experience with popular web application frameworks [ .NET Core & .NET MVC ]
- Should have good exposure to Microservices architecture

- Strong Hands-on working experience in ORM [ Entity Framework, Dapper, Auto mapper ]
- Hands-on Experience in Asynchronous Programming [Rabbit MQ , Active MQ , Kafka]
- Strong Hands-on experience in at-least one JavaScript based UI Component Frameworks [ Telerik ]
- Exposure on UI FWK such as [ Angular / React JS / Vue.js ]
- Cloud technologies like [ AWS / Azure / GCP ] and architecture
- Strong experience with Relational Databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, and NoSQL databases [ Mongo-DB, Cassandra ]
- DevOps exposure for CICD
- Strong knowledge in Unit-Testing, Mock Frameworks
Health Care Related Experience:
- Knowledge in Healthcare Domain , with development experience in HIS / EMR / EHR preferred
- Expertise in implementing healthcare interoperability standards like HL7 V2/V3, FHIR
Software Development Capabilities:
- Adaptable as a Polyglot Full stack developer capable of learning new technologies quickly
- Strong Development experience in Agile Scrum/Kanban based projects
- Re-Factoring and Re-Engineering Project Experience is an added advantage
- DevOps exposure for CICD
