Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

*Acts as a bridge between business requirements and tech implementation for the CRM project

* Project manager of all digital systems (software screens, workflows, reports) across browser/mobile interfaces for the CRM project

Qualification

* Degree in information technology

* Additional qualification in digital/cloud technology and/or CRM is desirable

Experience

* Minimum 3 years formal working experience in retail financial services or broking (desirable)

* CRM implementation experience is a must

* Functional scoping experience is desirable, coding experience is not required
