Job Description

Job Summary: 
To assist the planning Manager for planning, scheduling, monitoring & execution of projects by ensuring quality, legal aspects, cost effectiveness & timely completion of projects & to develop the most appropriate method of construction operations for a particular projects.                 

Special Skills required: 
  1.  Good hands on experience into project planning, monitoring of various building residential/ commercial ) projects. 
  2.  Competent with latest planning softwares like primavera/ MS Project along with MS Office. 
  3.  Knowledge of current industry & technical developments.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  1.  Planning of the work to be done at sites, before the actual construction begins, setting baseline, reviewing the plans once the works starts and making changes in the current & future plans alongside & monitoring for the same. 
  2.  Defining the key activities / milestones and monitoring them closely & regularly to avoid deviations for the plans. 
  3.  Responsible for monitoring short term and long term planning of construction realted activities & the resources are optimally utilised and the costs are kept in check. 
  4.  Maintaining daily detail progress report, monthly report & its comparative data analysis. 
  5.  Comparing the plans with actual work done, identify gaps and ensure that these gaps are closed in a timely and appropriate manner. 
  6.  Responsible for planning & scheduling & monitoring of project activities & anticipating demands for labour, materials, equipments & technical challenges as well as specifying the timing of the contract. 
  7.  Supervise project schedule analysis & studies problen areas to determine criticality of schedule activities & recommend alternatives for schedule improvement to project.
