Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

Desired Candidate Profile

Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
Knowledge of SQL, C++ and .Net
Critical thinking skills, organized and customer-focused approach
Strong technical understanding of basics of RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
Microsoft Excel Skills - Advanced, Macro knowledge is must
