Job Description

Position: Senior QA Engineer
Education: BCA, MCA, B.Tech(any field)
Location: Delhi
Tentative date of joining: Immediate
Desired Candidate Profile
- Min. 5 years of experience in testing different types of software for both web and mobile.
- Working knowledge of Application development testing
- Demonstrate attention-to-detail in work and transactions.
- Knowledge of Agile/ SCRUM.
- Knowledge of bug tracking systems like Bugzilla/ Mentes/ others
- Testing experience on Macintosh OS, Android, and Apple devices
- Experience in using Behavior Driven/ Test Driven QA techniques
- Working knowledge of test processes and methodologies.
- Experience of working on development projects, closely with development teams.
- Knowledge of the full software development and testing lifecycle.
- Work with stakeholders to perform product analysis and produce testable acceptance criteria
- Support the creation and maintenance of acceptance tests.
- Perform functional and acceptance testing working as part of a development team.
- Use of de-bugging tools, ability to analyze stack traces, code, log-files and other artifacts.
- Ensure that new services are documented, testing is coordinated and managed effectively, and quality is continuously integrated.
- Develop the test scenarios, define the test cases and design effective test plans to ensure applications are tested for conformance to specifications.
- Execute test plans and document results using best QA practices to ensure timely service delivery.
- Provide standardized reports and time estimation to upper management when asked
- Provide immediate and relevant feedback to quality of the product
- Previous experience using source control tools GIT, SVN, Bit Bucket.
- Exp in using bug tracking tools such as Jira or Trello.
