Job Description

Our requirement:

Business Development Executive will be working with our existing outbound inside sales team to promote and improve our business. This is going to be a warm calling process.


  • Excellent communication skills preferred, Hindi speaking is an added advantage
  • 4-5+ years of experience required in hardcore cross selling / up selling
  • Should be a self driven, energetic and target oriented person
  • Should have the strong ability to pitch the exact details of our product and convince customers
  • Should identify the needs of the customer while interacting over the phone call to clarify their doubts
  • Should be able to solve the customer complaints by providing logical solutions to retain them
  • Renewal sales experience is acceptable but lead generation and presales experience doesnt match with our requirement. We are looking end to end inside sales experience from both B2B & B2C
  • Should be open to learn, accept and share the prompt feedback with our internal business and management teams, adaptability also be considered


CTC: As per the industry standards and it will be fixed based on the interview performance + Perks will be offered based on the achievement



Work from home option will be allocated during this lock down period. Laptop / Desktop with internet connection require



Work Timings & Holiday:

9.45 AM 7.45 PM
