We are an executive search firm looking for below mentioned profile for our client:-

Company: Manufacturers of Construction Materials, FMCG, Metal Salts, Textiles, Ceramics, Bicycle Parts

Qualification: MBA (HR)

Experience: Min 5 Years

Designation: Manager HR

Location: Ludhiana

Gender: Female

Job Description

Responsible for periodic Training & Development programs for staff & workers and leadership development programs for top management.

Prepare the competency list as per job designed and get the competency mapping conducted alongwith HOD.

Identify the internal & external faculties who are subject experts and get the trainings scheduled.

To ensure that the purpose of trainings is not defeated by ensuring maximum involvement of participants in the sessions.

To deliver trainings on the social/behavioural topics and make it interesting through videos/audios/quiz/activities, for both staff & workers.

Trainings are planned in such a way that, employees are exposed to outer environment as well.

Develop & maintain competency matrix of staff and ensure skill matrix is being maintained and execute required developmental initiatives for workers.

To gather the training feedback through online assessment (for staff) & through verbal discussion (for workers) and analyse it and convey it to the trainer.

To evaluate the training effectiveness after a set frequency through interviews/questionnaire/written tests (pre & post session)/MRM or through work analysis.

Plan a session again in case the training effectiveness comes below desired level.

Facilitated the ISO 9001:2015 audit independently and successfully got the certification renewed.

Consolidate the records related to T&D. Also complete the documentations related to ISO standard.

Conduct the 5S audit for the shop floor.

Developed the internal team of auditors from shop floor

Note the observation and close them as much as possible

Responsible for kaizen culture and 5S at shop floor.

Represented HR in various audits like ISO/OHSAS/EMS and prepared the documents related to the audit.
