CAE Automation Engineer @ Bellary Phani Raj

Responsibilities:

Developing the automation tools during the process of structural calculations from FEA (inANSYS) and analytical methods with high-levelownership
Good system level understanding of the wind turbine components
Good understanding skills of analysis steps to implement theautomation ideas
Aligning with the Internal Automation team to drive the initiation very effectively
Collaborate toValidate the Automation tools
Knowledge generation and sharing with the rest ofcolleagues
Required skills:
Graduate/Post Graduate in Mechanical engineering
Total Experience: 8 - 10 Yearsof experience from Heavy Machinery or Turbo machinery (with most relevant experience in Wind Industry is must) with excellent programming skills in Python, ACT, MADPL scripts, Excel VB and MATLAB.
Programming Languages PYTHON, EXCEL-VBA, MAPDL scripting and MATLAB.
Experience in doing Linear, Nonlinear structural, Modal, Harmonic and Buckling analysis etc.
Good understanding of Fatigue analysis (HCF/LCF) and fracture mechanics.
Experience in Bolted/welded calculations using analytical methods and FE approaches.
Knowledge about the structural design of mechanical components -large castings, forged components, welded structures and bolted connections.
Proficient FEA user, preferably with ANSYS Workbench(Space claim & Mechanical) and MAPDL (APDL scripting).
Good communication skills with exposure in working with multi-cultural environments.
Having a structured approach to your work and can handle simultaneous assignments without losing the overview.
Should be able to work independently and you can drive your own assignments.
