QA Test Engineer - Bengaluru/Bangalore @ Eurofins

SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES:

The position shall be part of an agile scrum team to perform software quality assurance in both manual and automated methodologies

POSITION & OBJECTIVES :

Job description:

• Mandatory experience in both manual testing and BDD automation testing of web apps
• Understand the requirements and write test cases and perform manual testing on mobile app and web app
• Execute the test cases with MTM.
• Creation automation scripts
• Participate in the testing of production emergency bug fixes
• Perform on-demand testing as requested
• Assist in post-implementation and continuous improvement efforts to enhance systems and applications Support the Planning of test schedules in accordance with project scope/delivery dates.
• Should have good knowledge of Defect Management process

Profile description:

• Strong experience in cross browser web app manual testing
• Hands on experience in automating angular 2 web application testing on Selenuim/C#
• Strong understanding of SQA methodologies
• Experience in testing web services like SOAP, Restful
• Hand-on experience in Services testing tools like Fiddler, JSON Lint , SOAP UI, POSTMAN
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile environment.
• Should be aware of Test Management tools like MTM
• Should have working knowledge of SOA testing principles.
• Experience with database queries
• Good Interpersonal skills working in agile scrum team
• Strong team player

Requirements:

• Should be ready to work in Flexible work hours
• Experience with Appium suite is preferred

• BE Computer Science/MCA or any other equivalent degree
