Our company is looking for an E-Commerce specialist to join our online marketing and sales team. Our ideal applicant is organized enough to manage our online inventory and creative enough to help design social media campaigns to increase our digital sales.
Organizes and maintains eCommerce products, landing pages, special initiatives, etc. (Includes configuration and development within the content management system, graphic changes, merchandising strategy, testing, and optimization).
Builds and maintains eCommerce products, ensuring all are updated according to established specifications and timeframes.
Good understanding of E-commerce Marketplaces
Co-ordination with various Marketplaces for solving queries and issues regarding the accounts
Manage bulk listings along with content creation
Updating Product Data/ specifications/ Images/ Pricing/ Discount
Monitoring promotional activities at Marketplaces
Deep understanding of keyword research, feeding and analysis.
daily weekly and monthly report on sales and logistics movements
Excellent ability needed in Microsoft office - especially excels and word.
Returns Management
Payment Reconciliation Reports
Experience in managing e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc.
Should have experience in managing e-commerce ads as well.
Responsible for the development and performance of the online business channel.
Sales planning, category and product management, specific promos with channel partners to generate sales and keep them in the business.
Experience required in the field of eCommerce Marketplace Account Management
