Job Description:
Responsible for solution designing & implementation of Key technologies with expertise on active directory, migration & deployment of Collaboration platform, Office 365, Amazon cloud services, Consolidation & Cross forest Migration projects, Service management with team of L1/L2/L3 level skills.
2. Automation of major IT processes to improve SLAs and optimize IT head count
3. End to end IT Infrastructure Service delivery engagements
4. Management of Datacenter, DR, Security Infrastructure, Email system & Branch IT Infrastructure
5. In depth coordination cross-functional engagements, international projects where dispersed teams are involved.
6. Datacenter Optimization, Cloud Computing, Active directory technology Services for all Enterprise applications.
7. Network & server Virtualization / comprehensive knowledge of maintaining data center infrastructure installation / storage / backup / recovery center operations
8. IT projects encompassing onsite & offsite planning, feasibility studies, detailed development, deployments for complex information & troubleshooting problems.
Experience in monitoring network, servers and Voice infrastructure.
Experience in monitoring of more than 500 devices.
Experience managing, supporting and deploying network infrastructures.
Strong ability to diagnose server or network alerts, events or issues.
Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to address conflict with others constructively.
Experience with Disaster Recovery plans and related technologies.
Monitor Performance and Capacity of IT Infrastructure devices.
Experience in Vendor communication during the network outage and follow up until the issue resolves.
Experience in monitoring tools such as OPManager, Netflow, PRTG, Tripwire and IPS (Site protector).
Experience in generating reports on weekly monthly basis and sharing with management.
Ready to work for 24/7 shifts.
