Experience - 7+ years.

Job Description
Responsibilities include the following
- Coordination with Different verticals/Teams in the company to Achieve the SLA
- Coordination with LM / Project managers to Achieve the SLA
- Resource (Engineers/ Backoffice) Management, utilization, backup management.
- Employee Retention, Motivation & Training
- Technical knowledge in Servers / Networking / End User Computing / Peripherals to guide the team
- Coordinating with multiple external vendors for getting quotes & negotiation, support, SLA. Generating new Vendors for better support.
- Follow up for PO, Payments with Customer.
- Prepare Presentations / Generation of various reports for management & Customer review.
