Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external clients
2. Dealing with correspondence, email, and phone calls
3. Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Director
4. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
5. Organising events and conferences
6. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
7. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
8. Managing databases and filing systems
9. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
10. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
11. Collating and filing expenses
12. Miscellaneous tasks to support the Director, which will vary according to the different businesses
13. Completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.
Required Candidate profile
Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Office and English proficiency
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
