Key Job Responsibilities of Profile:
Inbound
1. Respond to customer inquiries
2. Handle and resolve customer complaints
3. Provide customers with product and service information
Outbound
6. Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or
service
7. Obtain customer information
8. Obtain possible customer leads
Total Experience (in years)1to 4 years
Undergraduate Graduate
there are shifts
We have rotating shifts
Agents will start as early as 9am and get done by 6 pm
The last shift starts at 12pm and ends by 9pm
Its a 6 day working job where leaves are either on a Monday , Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
