Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintenance of Books of Accounts, Responsibility for timely accounting/reporting in compliance with Accounting & Finance guidelines, availability of supporting documentation etc.
- Responsible for submitting monthly financial statements to the Associate Director-Finance & Accounts.
- Maintain records to meet external legal and tax requirements.
- Ensure financial and other reporting systems are maintained to the standards required by the donors and external auditors
- Prepare annual accounts of the Company and responsible for smooth execution of audits by Statutory auditors and donor visit (as applicable) including timely and appropriate resolution of observations.
- Undertake such other financial analysis and reporting as requested by the Associate Director-Finance & Accounts
- Manage and maintain the payroll system,
- Ensure proper deduction of TDS and timely deposition thereof.
- Ensure submission of TDS quarterly return, GST Return and annual Income Tax return.Any other responsibilities assigned by Associate Director- Finance & Accounts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in managing ESI PF, statutory compliance.
- B.COM graduate
- Female candidates will be given preference for this role.
