Desired Candidate Profile
This individual is responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and operation of the Big Data Analytics services. Works directly with both the executive team and team of BI Analysts to bring actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making. Will be an integral part of the business and play a key role in building, managing and mentoring our growing DWBI practice
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing the practice and client profitability
- Responsible for driving business further (business development)
- Identify and Understand client issues, gaps in their existing technology / tactical implementations, and recommend Big Data Solutions to meet their immediate and long-term needs
- Work closely with global team, subject matter experts, and client teams to conceptualize, build and implement Big Data Solutions
- Ensure that the solution delivered meets stringent quality criteria, is robust, flexible and best-in-class and the test plans and test cases are exhaustive.
- Work with client business (sales, operations, marketing, etc.) as well as IT team and being able to act a bridge between them.
- Define, create, walkthrough with client & keep various project management documents, such as the following, current throughout the project duration: Project plans, issues/UAT trackers, business & functional requirements, data dictionaries, data mapping documents, test cases, QC checklists, etc.
- Identify project risks in time and work with internal and client stakeholders to define and implement mitigation plans
- Communicate with internal management, client sponsors and senior leaders on the project status, risks, solution, etc.
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
