JOB TITLE / DESIGNATION : Business Associate / Management Associate

Employment : Full Time

Job Function : Marketing, Concept Sales, Business Management

Earning Potential Performance Based Pay Structure

18000- 45000 per month (during on-the job Training), 5-8 Lakhs after OJT

(Although we dont want to price tag you, it is moreover of a performance based uncapped earning potential)

JOB PROFILE:

We are hiring Business associate/ Management associate, or brand ambassadors, who can represent our brands through various means of Face to Face communication, also over a period of time start hiring, training & leading a team of associates, which give them a platform to lay a foundation of their own strategic Management Unit in association with us, giving them an unlikely opportunity to fulfill their entrepreneurship dreams

WHAT IS THE DEAL

1. Representing various Brands through various channels of Face to Face Communication, Tele Sales & Marketing, Social Media Sales / Marketing.
2. Designing, Leading and Managing B to B ,B to C , Events , promotional Campaigns
3. Challenge yourselves and learn at an incredible pace
4. Play an important role in the sales and marketing life cycle
5. Have plenty of avenues to interact and communicate with varied people
6. Get to see your contributions having a measurable business and people impact
7. Get to recruit, train and develop your own team of young sales and marketing enthusiast
8. Laying the stone to Build a Business Unit of your own

YOU WILL HAVE TO
- Handle and later Lead various Marketing Campaigns designed as per clients requirements
- Work closely with the various team throughout in an agile sales and marketing environment
- Manage and be responsible for the entire Employee Life Cycle, from recruiting, training and Developing and Retention
- Understand various organizational functions like HR, administration, Operations, Finance etc
- Managing and leading an entire Marketing Strategic Business Unit

YOU NEED TO BE:
- A Graduate or a Post Graduate in any stream or equivalent
- Dynamic and Hardworking with a Learners Mindset
- An acumen to work on the various process of Marketing, Business Development and Sales Functions
- The comfort to facilitate formal and informal Communication between various layers of the organisation
- Problem solving skills and willingness to take more responsibilities
- Available to join on an immediate basis

PROFILE ENHANCEMENT

So we select our candidates as Business Associate and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of Business Management i.e, Marketing, Human Resource, Finance and Operations over a period of 4-6-8 months as per the following certified Advantage Training Program (ATP):
Selected candidates will be trained on an accredited global training into various functions of management to give them an overall understanding of running a strategic business unit.
This position starts with a Business Associate who is sequentially trained to be a Corporate Trainer, then a Corporate Team Leader, then an ABH and finally a BH.
Business Associate => Corporate Trainer => Corporate Team Leader => Assistant Business Head => Business Head
