Roles and Responsibilities

Designation: Associate Software Engineer

Skill Set: JAVA /Javascript

Qualification: B.TECH 2019/20 passed outs

Required Skillset:

• Very good analytical skills and problem-solving ability a must.
• Very good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of java.

Hiring and Evaluation process

• Online Technical Evaluation/Computer-based test
• Technical round of interview
• HR Round

Training and Ramp up Plan

• Once onboarded, we will provide training for 4-6 months
• We will be targeting Web and Mobile development latest technologies
• We will have dedicated training time for the batch

Offer

• 7K per month stipend during the training phase
• 12 K on successful completion of training and getting a full time appointment
• Increment after completion of 12 months of tenure as full time employee
• 3 Years bond, with an exit clause of 2.5 L. Bond period starts from the date of full time appointment
• Original Educational Certificates or PD Cheque of 2.5 L be deposited with the company as a security
