Technical Expertise:

  • DC and Telco Cloud Deployment with OpenStack or Kubernetes
  • Server configuration - AirframeHPDell, Switch Configuration, Storage Deployment and Configuration.
  • VNFs Onboarding on OpenStack using Heat template, Tosca, Ansible
  • Good knowledge in networking concepts and Linux OS
  • Good knowledge on NFV Orchestration tools (like CBND)
  • Knowledge of NSD Lifecycle, Mistral Flows
  • Good knowledge on Automation - identify and implementation of automation ideas
  • Requirement analysis, effort estimation and tracking, project execution, control and reporting
  • Handle teams, identify and manage risks and issues
  • Experience managing Customer and their queries related to technological enhancements, testing, productiontestbed issues, managing upgrades and it s impacts to current running systems.
  • Experience working in operator environment
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of Python, YAML, Linux scripting
  • Telecom product development experience People management Experience
  • Recruiting, hiring new team members and key talent retention

  • ~10+ years of experience in Telco or IT business
  • ~2+ years of experience in management Experience in leading 10+ size team

  • Strong background in system integration life cycle preferably in cloud domain
  • Familiarity with quality assurance tools and technics
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Strong result orientation Creativity in problem solving
  • Decision making skills
  • Ability to efficiently acquire and share information
  • Excellent networking and communication skills in multicultural environment
  • Prioritization and project management techniques Fluent English is essential
