Profile Description
The Talent acquisition Specialist is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting - They will be responsible for sourcing, screening, preparing candidates for interviews with hiring managers and offering candidates compensation packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate applications, review resumes, and complete initial phone interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool and make recommendations to hiring managers on the top candidates for in-person interviews
- Collaborate with recruitment leaders to recommend strategies for identifying and recruiting potential candidates.
- Identify and develop sourcing pools and assist in establishing interviewing criteria.
- Proactively create prospective applicant pools and talent pipelines through Job boards, social media and employee referral programs
- Work with the Communications team in creating effective recruiting collateral being used across social media/ internal IKS platforms
- Positively promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
Experience & Qualification required
- Bachelor's degree (any specialization)-Must
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting - direct experience with job screening, hiring practices and end to end Talent Acquisition
- Experience across managing job portals and recruitment processes
- Must have experience in bulk hiring- BPO/KPO Background
