Job Description

Location: Bangalore, Kudlugate

Job Designation: Quality Verifier

Qualification: HSC/ Graduate

Verifying sales calls after completing the call from the sales representative.

Interacting with the customers about the sales information given by the sales

representative.

Identifying when ther customer is right party or third party who is interacting with the

sales representative.

Approving or rejecting the sales calls after verifying with certain details with the

Customers and tracking the same.

If rejected, sharing the feedback to the respective sales managers.

Tracking the FTD and MTD sales Approved, rejected and follow ups data and

Publishing reports to the respective sales head.

Attending meetings with Quality assurance team and sharing the new updates to

Sales teams.

Monitoring the calls and sharing feedback to the sales representative.

Language Preferred:

English + 3 south Indian language

ctc - 12500 take home
