Job Profile:

• Excellent Communication in English.
• Provide Support to International Customers.
• Provide resolution of issues faced by the customers.
• Offer the right solutions to the customers.
• Quickly and accurately perform multi-tasks like talking, listening, seeking information, and problem-solving.
• Outstation candidates may apply.
• Working Days: 5 Days working with rotational week off.
• Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in Rotational Shifts.
• Job location: Hi-tech, Hyderabad Location.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experiences with Telecom domain is Mandatory.

• Undergraduates with Minimum 24 months experience of international voice Support.
• Graduates with Minimum 12 months experience of international voice Support.

NOTE: Fresher are not eligible.
