Job Description
(HR Manager)
We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes for Zap Tech Pvt. Ltd. Our people are always first for us, that is why, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that can keep the workforce happy and align with the business will be the core responsibility of the candidate. The candidate will be an active member of our unit management team, therefore, should possess leadership qualities.
Candidates with previous experience as HR Executive or HR Analyst or HR Generalist or HR Coordinator or HR Business partner, etc. are most welcome. The job location will be Pune.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Monitor and manage a Learning Management and performance appraisal system.
- Payroll Management.
- Execute and monitor the Change management system for employees.
- Maintain Rewards and recognition and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughouthuman resource management
Required Experience and Skills
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Educational Qualification & Certifications
- Bachelors Degree is a must
- Degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
- 5 days working
- 2 week-offs
- Free Meal
- Attractive salary package of 28k-30k per month(flexible).
