Job Description
An Android mobile application developer for full time occupation to join our software development department. Contribute on continues development and support of mobile applications for our core company products.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and build Android mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and ship new features
- Fully responsible for mobile app development in the team
- Build and publish applications in Google Play store
- Implement new technologies to maximize application performance
Requirements & Skills
- Knowledge of Android Java and Kotlin programming is a must;
- Experience in developing Android-based application
- Experience in developing communications modules (via Bluetooth, BLE, Wi-Fi and other associated wireless protocols)
- Experience in developing Ecommerce app is a plus
- Knowledge of REST/JSON and UI principles are preferred;
- Hands On experience with GIT / Jira preferable
- Additional knowledge of web technologies is preferred but not required;
- General knowledge about mobile development and systems architecture should be apparent;
- Code must pass basic requirements for running on devices like tablets and smartphones;
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
- Experience in Mobile Application design, development & deployment
- Should have hands-on experience in all stages of Mobile app life cycle concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support Experience in implementing Web Applications and Web Services in .NET/Java technologies is a plus
- Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
- Experience with at least one of the latest JavaScript frameworks like React native, Flutter is a plus
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (or) Diploma in Computer Sciences with mandatory 3 years experience
- Must be able to demonstrate at least one published app available on play store
- Deep understanding of Android SDK
- Experience in analyzing a feature in production using analytics and experiments
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Notice period: Immediate joiners preferred (max 15 days)
